Job Description

Life Without Barriers in Parramatta is seeking a Case Manager to provide holistic support to young people in need. You will work closely with families and carers to help manage emotional, behavioural, and psychological challenges.

The role requires experience with Children & Young People in out-of-home care and an understanding of trauma; it is a permanent full time role with hybrid working arrangements, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5pm.
