Your recent role

Make travel and accommodation bookings in accordance with Travel Policy and processes.
n
Work with Procurement and Purchasing functions to ensure timely engagement of contractors and purchase of materials and equipment, including raising of purchase requisitions.
n
Processing expense claims.
n
Ordering and collection of IT equipment for starters and leavers.
n
Ordering, allocation and monitoring of project team equipment.
n
Arranging and performing site inductions.
n
Arrange and attend meetings, taking and distributing meeting minutes as required.
n
Assist in the development of project documentation and reporting including updates and presentations.
n
Update and maintain the project databases with information on projects, including project details, achievements and risks.
n
Follow up document workflow actions.
n
Undertake all activities with a continuous improvement mindset.
n

What you'll need to succeed
n
n
3+ years' experience in a similar project administration
n
Demonstrated competency and experience in supporting the development and execution of engineering projects
n
Experience in supporting engineering and project management teams
n
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
n
High level of proficiency with computer systems, particularly MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
n
Experience working in the Microsoft SharePoint workplace
n
Strong attention to detail
n
Ability to work autonomously and prioritise own workload
n
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
n

You will be working 14 days on / 7 off roster with a 56 hour work week. Contract from August 2026 to March 2029 paying $50/hr + Superannuation based in the Western Downs region.
