Job Description

Munro Footwear Group seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 3-month contract, based at Melbourne Head Office with hybrid working (4 days in office, 1 day WFH). You will lead peak period recruitment for our national retail network, screening, interviewing and coordinating with managers to fill vacancies quickly.

The role requires solid retail recruitment experience, ability to handle high-volume roles across states, and solid stakeholder communication.
