Position Details:

The Case Manager will manage a caseload of participants with diverse needs, providing personalised support to help them achieve employment, education and training goals. The role involves assessments, job planning, coaching, employment preparation, referrals and building strong relationships with participants, employers and service providers. Travel and outreach may be required.

Valid Australian Driver's License
n
Australian Citizenship
n
Satisfactory National Police Clearance
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Robust organisational and time management skills
n
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Experience in case management, employment services or a similar client-focused environment (desirable)
n
Understanding and experience working with culturally diverse communities
n
Culturally competent, empathetic and skilled approach
n
Ability to work in an outcome-focused or contract-driven workplace
n
Willingness to travel as required
