Job Description

UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Patient Flow Manager for Buderim Private Hospital on the Sunshine Coast. You will lead a team of After-Hours Nurse Managers and Casual Pool Nursing staff to ensure protected, productive patient flow and bed management across the hospital.

The role requires a Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration, proven leadership in a patient flow setting, budget awareness, and knowledge of healthcare legislation.
