You have great experience working in a quick‐paced kitchen and hold the necessary trade cooking qualifications.

You understand that the recipe for an exceptional guest experience contains the perfect mix of passion, precision and productivity.

Strong organisation and communication skills to create the best possible outcomes for our guests and the team.

You'll be yourself and come as you are – ALH is known for its people.

Inherent Requirements

This is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g., moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
