Your Leadership Role

As Veterinary Director, you will:
Lead and mentor a skilled, team-oriented veterinary and nursing team
Champion evidence‑based, preventative and best‑practice medicine
Foster a culture of psychological safety, learning, and accountability
Guide clinical standards, workflows, and team development
Build robust, long‑term relationships with clients and the local community

Requirements
BVSc or DVM (or equivalent) eligible for registration in NSW
Significant experience in small animal general practice
Demonstrated leadership capability or readiness to step into a leadership role
Strong communication skills and a cooperative leadership style
