TeamKids is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large OSHC/childcare service in the ACT. You’ll coach the in office leadership team, work hands-on on the floor and partner with families, schools and staff to deliver a secure, engaging program.

You’ll manage Before/After/Vacation Care, build routines, drive quality programming and ensure safety and compliance, with a focus on team development, communication and continuous improvement.
