Mercy Health is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager for the Perioperative Services at Werribee Mercy Hospital. You will lead theatre operations, staff development, and ensure high-quality patient care in a contemporary facility.

You will bring postgraduate perioperative qualifications, leadership experience, and knowledge of ACORN/GENCA/AS5369 standards. Expect a cooperative, patient-centered workplace with a focus on safety and accreditation.
