Duties

n

n
Manage subcontractor procurement, scopes, letting and contract administration
n
Prepare and manage progress claims, variations, RFIs and contractual documentation
n
Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts and overall commercial performance
n
Review and administer subcontractor claims, variations and payments
n
Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, consultants and subcontractors
n




Maintain accurate project reporting and ensure contractual obligations are met
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
Contracts Administrator experience with a reputable commercial head contractor
n
Strong fitout, refurbishment and/or commercial construction experience
n
Experience working on commercial projects valued at $15M+
n
Strong understanding of procurement, contracts, variations and cost management
n
Experience with Procore, Jobpac, Cheopss or similar construction software
n
Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building or related qualification preferred
n
Strong communication, commercial and stakeholder management skills
n
