Daily task:
General reception and administrative responsibilities, including maintaining office tidiness and cleanliness
Correspondence Management - answer/screen calls, emails, and other communication platforms
Managing customer enquiries
Update and maintain client database
Provide first-hand assistance to the clients
Submit sales orders
In this role, we need you to:
Have positive written and communication skills in English and Chinese
Skilled in multitasking and prioritising
Responsible, and attention to details
Positive team player, and high ability to work independently
Experience in Customer Service
Experience in Sales is a plus!
Fluently in Cantonese is preferable
Requirement:
MUST be PR or Australian Citizen

Pay: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour
