Our client are seeking an Assistant Planner to join their merchandise planning team and support the delivery of commercial trading strategies across their store network.

The Role
Reporting to a Senior Planner, this role supports pre-season and in-season planning activity across a rapid-paced fashion portfolio. It's a outstanding prospect for someone with foundational planning experience looking to build their career within a well-loved fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities
Support the development of sales, stock and intake plans by category and store
Assist with in-season trade analysis and reporting, flagging risks and opportunities
Help manage stock flow, replenishment and allocation in partnership with the allocation team
Prepare weekly and monthly trade reporting for the wider planning and buying teams
Support range planning processes including phasing and store grading




Maintain data accuracy across planning systems and tools

About You
Prior experience in an Assistant Planner, Planning Coordinator or Allocator role, ideally within fashion or apparel retail
Strong Excel skills; experience with planning or allocation systems highly regarded
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
A proactive, curious approach and willingness to learn from senior planning stakeholders
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving retail environment
