As a trainee, you will work alongside experienced recruitment professionals, gaining practical skills across candidate sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, shift allocation, and client management. This is an excellent prospect to build a rewarding career in Business and Recruitment, while developing valuable industry knowledge in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
Source, screen, and interview suitable candidates for vacancies
Coordinate candidate onboarding, compliance, and recruitment documentation
Allocate shifts and assist with employee rostering requirements
Conduct reference checks and maintain accurate candidate records
Build and maintain robust relationships with candidates and clients




Provide administrative support and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process

About You
Previous experience in a customer service role or nursing/healthcare environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
A skilled and positive attitude
Strong attention to detail
Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office applications
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
A genuine interest in Human Resources and Recruitment
