We are currently on the lookout for a highly organized and experienced Building Works Supervisor to manage the daily supervision of our building projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our team to coordinate multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results that meet both client and company expectations.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate staff and contractors, ensuring efficiency and high-quality output.
Estimating and quoting jobs.




Conduct regular inspections of building works to identify and address any concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate records and photographs within the job management system.
Communicate consistently with clients, ensuring internal staff receive updated information on all jobs.
Respond to client requests and complaints promptly, resolving issues in a professional manner.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes.

What You Will Need:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in building maintenance or facilities management is preferred but not mandatory.
Solid knowledge of building systems and codes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
Attention to detail and solid problem-solving abilities.
Certificate IV in Building and Construction is preferred but not essential.
Solid understanding of safety regulations.
