We are seeking an experienced or trainee Scaffolder to join our team at Super Safe Scaffold in Bayswater, VIC. As a Scaffolder - Fall protection and Scaffold installer, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation, maintenance and removal of scaffolding structures to support construction and industrial projects. This is a full time permanent position.
What you'll be doing
Erect, dismantle, and modify scaffold structures according to safety regulations and client specifications
Ensure all scaffolding is installed correctly and safely, with a focus on fall protection measures
Inspect scaffolding regularly and make necessary adjustments or repairs
Collaborate with project teams to understand requirements and coordinate scaffolding needs
Maintain detailed documentation and records of all scaffolding work
Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
What we're looking for
Experience with tools and construction sites is preferred
Solid problem-solving and critical thinking skills to overcome challenges on site
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with project stakeholders
Ability to work at heights and in wide-ranging weather conditions
Team members residing locally to the Bayswater area
