Victoria People Solutions (VPS) is welcoming experienced Speech Pathologists to join our team as subcontractors across our Williamstown and Hawthorn East locations. This role is a outstanding fit for clinicians who want to build or grow a private practice caseload with the backing and safety net of an established and trusted NDIS provider.

About the Role





Victoria People Solutions understand that plans often change and because of this, we always aim to be flexible in our service delivery, while providing evidence-based assessment and therapy to NDIS participants across the life- span. This role will also include clients from a range of schools who have secured DI funding. We believe it is key to understand our community’s wants and needs, and work closely with families, carers and support staff to develop meaningful goals, and actively respond to feedback. The individuals we work with are at the centre of every business decision we make.

What You'll Bring
Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
Current AHPRA, or equivalent registration
Experience working in the disability sector, across all age ranges
Strong communication, collaboration and time management skills
Current compliance checks (WWCC, NDIS Worker Screen etc.)
