Job Description

Bayside Health in Melbourne is seeking an Operations Administrative Coordinator within the EVO program to support centralized inpatient and outpatient administration. You will lead referral-in, appointment scheduling, telehealth services and supervise the casual pool and senior ward clerks, reporting to the Operations Manager.

The role requires a healthcare or management degree, robust change management and communication skills, and a current Victorian driver's licence.
