Job Description

Sacred Heart Mission's Women's House provides a secure, supportive space offering brief intervention housing support and case management to women and gender-diverse people experiencing homelessness. You will manage a focused caseload, coordinate care with partners, and advocate within a feminist, trauma-informed framework.

The role requires experience in assessment and planning, a relevant degree (Social Work/ Psychology/ OT or equivalent), and a team-oriented approach within an inclusive team.
