We're looking for enthusiastic frontline staff to join our dynamic team and help us continue our tradition of excellence.
The Role
Provide friendly, efficient service to customers in-store and via our drive-thru
Check ID and serve responsibly in line with RSA requirements
Stock, merchandise and maintain the bottleshop floor and cool rooms
Handle cash and card transactions accurately
Keep the venue clean, organised and presentable
[Hours: e.g. casual/part time, evenings and weekends required]
About You
A positive, friendly and enthusiastic attitude
Ability to excel under pressure in a high-volume environment, with strong problem-solving skills
Robust communication skills
Attention to detail with a proactive approach
Current RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain one before starting)
Full working rights in Australia required
Police clearance preferred; successful candidates may be asked to provide this
