As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide daily support to participants in line with their individual goals, care plans and needs.
Key responsibilities
Assisting with daily living activities
Community access and social support
Personal care support
Transport to appointments and activities
Medication assistance
Supporting participants to build independence and life skills
Accurate shift note documentation and reporting
Supporting participants with complex behaviours when required

Committed to participant dignity, choice and safety
Certificate III or IV in Disability/Aged Care
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
