ACOPACK is a growing packaging supplier supporting businesses across Australia with quality products and reliable service. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Pick Packer / Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Tullamarine.

About the Role

This is a physically demanding and fast-paced role involving regular lifting, moving and handling of stock throughout the day.

You will be responsible for accurately preparing customer orders, organising incoming stock and keeping the warehouse clean and organised. As our warehouse space is limited, efficiency, organisation and awareness of space are essential.

We are looking for someone who can keep up with the team, work independently, take initiative and take ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
Ensure orders are ready for dispatch on time with minimal errors
Receive, arrange and organise incoming stock efficiently
Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and well organised
Support smooth day-to-day warehouse operations
Follow manual handling and workplace safety procedures

Requirements




Physically fit and comfortable with demanding manual work
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Proactive, organised and able to keep up with the team’s pace
Warehouse or pick-packing experience preferred, but not required
Forklift licence preferred
Must have legal working rights in Australia
Must have own transport or reliable transport to Tullamarine
Able to communicate in English; Mandarin is an advantage
