Key Requirements:
Minimum Chef de Partie experience in a quick-paced pastry or bakery workplace.
Proven ability to work independently and maintain consistent product quality.
Reliable and available to work the set afternoon schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday)
Trade qualification necessary.
