We are looking for an experienced Motel Manager who is enthusiastic, has excellent customer service skills and who is hard-working qualified to manage our 14 room Motel to treat it like their own.
On site accommodation included.
You are preferable to have at least 1 year Motel Management experience. A distinct advantage would be a working knowledge of reservation software “Guestpoint”. Cleaning staff in place.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Reception and front of house
Managing online and walk-in reservations, processing payments
Maintaining strong customer relationships and be adaptable to changes
Professional telephone manner for answering phone calls taking bookings
Keeping accurate records and the front office clean and tidy
Managing housekeepers, rosters and assist housekeepers as required
Pool general maintenance
General maintenance of outdoor areas
Overseeing budget and stock control of motel supplies
Some room servicing required
Must be able to cook Breakfast
Ensure work place safety is in place
Follow company procedures
Competent computer and MS word skills
Channel manager knowledge
All Linen outsourced Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory.
Bother person must be able to run the reception and have proficient computer skills
Reconciling OTA's & Travel agent bookings
MUST BE Australian Resident
Prefer no pets
Requirements
Own valid A.B.N. number is required for the contract
An up-to-date police check is required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
