Aetherial Healthcare is a practitioner-led peptide and longevity clinic appointing a founding Nurse Practitioner. Via virtual infrastructure (Telehealth) you will be responsible for delivering prescription peptide therapy. Every patient begins with a comprehensive consultation, history, and baseline assessment. The prescribing decision is entirely yours to make, within your scope of practice and clinical authority. You design the protocol, titrate dosages, and conduct reviews. Nothing is pre-set before you assess the patient, and no protocol continues without a clinician-initiated review. If a patient is not clinically suitable, that decision is fully supported—never questioned.
Key responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive baseline assessments including bloods, biomarkers, and body composition analysis
Design individualized multi-peptide protocols for longevity and performance cohorts with quarterly biomarker reviews and titration
Perform metabolic assessment and individualized prescription with defined titration schedules for metabolic health and weight management patients
Monitor tolerance and metabolic markers with long-term maintenance planning
Conduct targeted assessment of tissue repair with time-bound restorative protocols for cellular renewal and tissue repair cohorts
Review functional recovery markers and manage high referral inflow from sports medicine and integrative practitioners
Maintain documentation standards that withstand audit
Participate in structured case review and documented adverse-event pathways
Conduct initial and follow-up consultations via telehealth platform
About you
AHPRA-registered Nurse Practitioner with current endorsement and unrestricted prescribing authority
Comfortable practicing autonomously and maintaining documentation standards that comfortably withstand audit
Prior experience with peptide therapeutics is valued but not required—structured clinical onboarding is provided
Focused on precision medicine, thorough patient care, and clinical safety over patient volume
