The Law Society of Current South Wales is seeking a full time Licensing Solicitor to join the Licensing team in Sydney. You will support statutory licensing duties under the Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW) and contribute to the Qualified Standards Scheme responsibilities.
Your role includes issuing and varying practising certificates, giving legal and regulatory guidance, and helping maintain high standards of compliance across NSW.
