Digital Marketing Manager - Ecommerce

Gold Coast | Full time | $110K–$130K + Super

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of performance marketing and e-commerce growth across two growing brands.

This is a great prospect for an experienced agency marketer looking to move in-house , or a performance marketer ready to take greater ownership of commercial results.

You’ll be responsible for Google & Meta, Shopify, CRO, lead generation and campaign performance , working closely with social and web specialists.

What We’re Looking For
6+ years’ digital marketing experience
Robust hands‑on Google Ads & Meta Ads experience
Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets
Strong e‑commerce / Shopify experience
Solid understanding of ROAS, CAC, conversion & attribution
Experience with CRM/email automation (HubSpot highly regarded)
Confident using AI as part of your everyday workflow

What You’ll Do




Own and optimise Google & Meta campaigns across significant budgets
Drive e-commerce growth through Shopify, CRO and landing pages
Monitor and improve ROAS, CAC, conversion and lead quality
Build HubSpot email campaigns and automations
Improve the customer journey from ad → conversion → sale
Use AI and automation to improve efficiency and performance
