$95,000 - $100,000 + super

Open Pantry Co. is proud to be recruiting for a dynamic venue in Adelaide's inner city.

We're looking for an experienced Venue Manager who can drive outstanding guest experiences and robust commercial performance in a busy hospitality workplace with food, bar, gaming and live entertainment all in the mix.

You'll lead the team, own daily operations, elevate service delivery, and work side-by-side with kitchen, bar and events leads to deliver memorable experiences that bring guests back again and again. This role includes wide-ranging hours across a flexible roster to match venue trade and events.

To be successful, you'll have:

Proven venue management experience in pubs, bars or full-service hospitality
n
A strong focus on guest experience and team leadership
n
Commercial awareness and a drive to grow sales sustainably
n
All required hospitality licences and up-to-date gaming qualifications
