Scope Northampton Shop is seeking a Shop Manager to lead our Northampton shop team of paid staff and volunteers, with 35 hours per week and a five-day rota. You’ll have autonomy to run the shop with creativity and flair, growing sales while ensuring a welcoming setting for customers and donors.
The role requires prior retail leadership, robust people management, IT literacy and numeracy. DBS checks will be completed.
