Are you an experience logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Linehaul Allocator to take ownership of scheduling and dispatching our interstate fleet, ensuring freight moves safely, efficiently, and on time from our Brisbane depot across the country.

This is a key operational role requiring strong leadership, structured decision making, and the ability to problem solve on the go. You will bring a quality focused mindset, a hands-on approach, and a solid understanding of transport operations and compliance to ensure seamless daily execution.

What You Will Do

n

Manage the interstate linehaul fleet, including subcontractors, to ensure service levels and customer commitments are consistently met

n

Schedule, allocate, and monitor linehaul runs to ensure efficient pickups and deliveries

n





Plan and forecast resources to maximise fleet utilisation and improve customer outcomes

n

Build strong relationships with internal teams, drivers, and external stakeholders, maintaining clear pick up and delivery requirements

n

Lead and support drivers, ensuring compliance with fatigue management, company policies, and operational procedures

n

Promote and maintain compliance with transport legislation, safety standards, and best practice

n

What You Will Bring

n

Experience in transport and logistics, ideally within linehaul operations

n

Strong geographical knowledge with the ability to optimise routes and resources

n

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

n

Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast paced, time critical workplace

n

Proficiency in transport management systems and Microsoft Office

n

A solid understanding of transport regulations and operational requirements

n
