About The Role

In this rewarding role, you will:
Provide high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, meals, social activities and outings
Support the development and review of individual care plans and complete accurate documentation and charting
Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report changes to nursing and care leadership
Maintain residents’ dignity, privacy and confidentiality at all times
Contribute to a secure, clean, comfortable and welcoming workplace
Carry out tasks delegated by Registered and Enrolled Nurses
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive, values-driven care team

What You’ll Bring
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
Demonstrated experience providing direct care within an aged care environment
Robust written and verbal communication skills in English
Intermediate computer skills (e.g. Outlook, internet-based systems)
National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Australian Work Rights (Sponsorship unavailable for this role)
