WOW Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service & Onboarding Administrator to support a global workforce solutions organisation based in Melbourne's CBD.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, solving problems and delivering outstanding customer service.

You'll be the key point of contact for workers and clients, managing onboarding, compliance, documentation and queries while building solid relationships in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Be Doing
Act as the first point of contact for workers and clients, providing exceptional customer support
Coordinate onboarding documentation,



contracts and visa/work rights checks
Investigate and resolve worker and client queries, taking ownership through to resolution
Maintain accurate records across multiple systems and ensure compliance requirements are met
Liaise with payroll and invoicing teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Support HR-related processes including timesheets, performance matters and workplace health & safety

What You Bring
Experience in onboarding, recruitment, HR administration, contractor management or high-volume customer service
A genuine passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service
Robust communication skills and confidence speaking with clients and stakeholders
Qualified, energetic and positive attitude
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
