The role focuses on desktop and application support, onboarding/offboarding, asset management and ongoing improvements across Microsoft 365, Okta, Intune, NinjaOne and HaloITSM settings.
You will troubleshoot SSO/MFA, document resolutions, and mentor junior team members while contributing to technology deployments and security initiatives.
