Job Description

We are Hiring Level 1 Desktop Support Engineer Australia wideMinimum 6 months to 2 years of Experience. Required Duties & Skills:

n

n
Troubleshooting and maintenance of IT equipment and Network infrastructure.
n
Understanding of network infrastructure, DC, DNS, DHCP, IP
n
Understanding of Firewall,VLANs,Emails - Office365 and on-premise Exchange server,Teamviewer and Storage.
n
Windows OS Server and Client
n
Solid understanding of switching and routing
n
Familiar with windows installation, upgrading and troubleshooting
n
Onsite and offsite Backup monitoring
n
Basic networking with understanding of Modem / Routers
n
Full Working rights to work in Australia
n
