We are looking for a Casual Function & Event Supervisor at the Strathfield Golf Club. This prospect is ideal for individuals who are passionate about managing great customer experiences in functions, events & bistro dining.

The Role
n

Casual position with flexible working hours between MondayâSunday
n
Must be available at least 2 days between Tuesday to Friday during the day
n
Lead and manage events across multiple spaces
n
Oversee all service aspects from setup to service to pack down
n
Supervise a team of skilled waitstaff and bartenders
n
Act as the primary client liaison throughout the event
n
Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless service
n
Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism
n
n

What we're Looking For
n
n
6â12 months previous experience as a Head Waiter orVenue Supervisor
n
n
Events and functions experience highly regarded
n
n
Strongcommunication, customer serviceand leadership skills
n
Exceptional attention to detail and a can-do attitude
n
Passion for creating memorable event experiences
n
Enthusiasm for food and beverage
n
Valid RSA certification
n
n
You'll also bring:
