Modus is seeking a Fleet Administration Coordinator to keep our nationwide fleet compliant, cost-effective and ready to support teams across Australia. Based at our Adelaide hub, you will coordinate registrations, servicing, and maintenance schedules while ensuring accurate records.
You will liaise with dealerships, insurers and internal stakeholders, manage fuel cards and accident documentation, and prepare insightful reports on fleet performance and expenditure.
