Job Description

Uniting is seeking a dedicated Social Work qualified for a 3-month max term position based in Heatherton, Victoria. You will deliver family-based support, coordinate case management and connect families to community services to promote child safety and wellbeing.

You will work within The Orange Door referrals framework, applying knowledge of CYFA 2005 and Best Interests Case Practice Model to support vulnerable children and families.
