We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join our high-performing culinary team. As a part of the role you will:

Support a designated pastry section, with responsibilities aligned to your level of experience and expertise.

Prepare, produce, and present exceptional pastries, desserts and baked goods that consistently meet quality and presentation standards.
n
Collaborate closely with the broader culinary team to deliver seamless service and an outstanding guest experience.
n
Uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and workplace organisation within a professional kitchen workplace.
n
Contribute to effective inventory management, stock control, and waste minimisation initiatives.
n
Support continuous improvement through creativity, innovation, and a commitment to culinary excellence.

Qualifications

n

About You:

n

n
Previousexperience as a Pastry Demi Chef or Chef de Partie in a hatted restaurant
n
A genuine passion for pastry arts, with a strong focus on quality, precision, and attention to detail.
n




Well-developed organisational and time management skills, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
n
A cooperative and positive approach, coupled with a solid work ethic and willingness to learn and grow.
n
Sound understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices.
n
