Our client provides integrated community support services across housing and homelessness, family and domestic violence, mental health and specialist legal services, empowering vulnerable and disadvantaged people to create meaningful change.

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of an acquisition and integration project. Working closely with leadership and key stakeholders, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the integration of people, technology, processes, and policies while ensuring risks, costs, and workforce impacts are effectively managed.

This role will play a critical part in supporting long-term strategic objectives and ensuring a smooth and successful transition during organisational growth and change. It is ideally suited to a skilled project with experience in mergers, acquisitions, business transformation, or complex integration projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead planning and delivery of organisational integration activities
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets,



and resource forecasts
Coordinate policy, process, and technology integration initiatives
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and mitigation strategies
Support workforce planning and organisational change activitiesEngage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Monitor project costs and identify efficiency opportunities
Ensure delivery milestones are achieved on schedule
Prepare project reporting and governance documentation
Support continuous improvement and strategic business objectives

Skills and Experience Required
Background in health, community, social services, or NFP sectors (beneficial)
Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or integration programs
Solid understanding of risk management, forecasting, and workforce planning
Experience with policy and procedure development or integration
Technical integration project management experience
PMO, transformation, or business improvement background highly regarded
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
