BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking an experienced Funding Consultant to join our Residential & Retirement Living team in Camberwell, VIC. The role focuses on monitoring, maintaining and optimising AN-ACC funding across our residential aged care homes, with travel across Victoria and Tasmania.
You will work closely with Residential Managers, AN-ACC Coordinators and the Funding Practice Lead to analyse funding trends, identify prospects, support compliance and maximise funding outcomes.
