Base pay range

A$500,000.00/yr - A$500,000.00/yr

They are a fast-growing startup building a next-gen AI platform. The product is early but scaling rapid, with global traction and a strong founding team from the top companies globally. They are in-person 5 days/week in Sydney. They are looking for a founding engineer to join a small, high-output team. You'll work across the stack, shape the architecture, and help build the future of interactive AI products.

Own full-stack features (TypeScript, React, Redis)
n
Build fast, ship often
n
Work closely with founders and product to drive direction
n
Help shape engineering culture and future hires
n

Ideal Background

Robust full-stack experience (esp. React + TypeScript)
n
Redis, WebSockets, AI tools, or generative media
n
Startup mindset and comfortable with ambiguity
n
Passion for AI is a huge plus
