What We’re Looking For
Experience working within an early years or nursery setting.
Strong understanding of the
EYFS framework.
Confident in safeguarding, behaviour management, and child development practices.
Warm, positive communicator with a genuine passion for supporting young learners.
Ability to work full-time, all year round.

Key Responsibilities
Support children’s learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
Build solid, trusting relationships with children and families.
Maintain a secure, stimulating, and nurturing environment indoors and outdoors.
Observe, assess, and record children’s progress in line with EYFS guidelines.
Collaborate closely with your team to deliver outstanding childcare and education.
Contribute to planning, creative play setups, and daily routines.
