TeamKids is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large OSHC service at two sites in Gledswood Hills, NSW. This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will be visible on the floor, coaching and supporting staff to deliver high-quality before/after/holiday care.
You will oversee two settings (Juniors and Seniors) and work closely with the Directors of Service and 2ICs to ensure safety, compliance and ongoing service growth, while building robust routines and systems.
