Rottnest Bakery | Brindle Group seeks an experienced Bakery Manager to lead the retail side of Rottnest Island’s busiest business. You’ll oversee front of house and production teams, drive sales, profitability and exceptional service, while presenting the bakery at its best.
You will demonstrate solid commercial acumen and leadership, with a hands-on approach in a quick-paced, island setting requiring relocation to Rottnest Island. This is a full-time role on Rottnest Island.
