About the role

n

This role will take ownership of frontline production leadership across the Geelong site. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a robust presence on the production floor, build effective relationships with operators and ensure labour coverage, food safety and operational requirements are consistently met across both day and night operations.

Key responsibilities

n

Lead, coach and develop a team of production employees
n
Provide support and oversight across the night shift operation
n
Manage rostering and labour resourcing across day and night shifts
n




Maintain strong food safety and operational standards
n
Build engagement, accountability and stability within the production team
n
Maintain a visible and hands‐on leadership presence on the floor
n
Utilise SAP to support production and labour planning
n
Work closely with other site functions to support daily production requirements
n

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the following:

n

n
Demonstrated leadership of production teams of 10+ employees
n
Strong frontline people leadership and team development capability
n
Experience within food, beverage or a comparable manufacturing setting
n
Sound working knowledge of food safety requirements
n
Experience managing rosters and labour requirements
n
SAP experience or exposure to comparable ERP systems
n
A hands‐on, approachable and accountable leadership style
n
Flexibility to support night shift coverage when required
