Job Description

Department for Correctional Services (DCS) in South Australia seeks a strategic General Manager to lead Port Augusta Prison (PAP) and its 250+ staff. This SAES1 role requires directing operations, budget, and safety while delivering rehabilitation and community outcomes.

The successful candidate will liaise with government and partners, drive cultural responsiveness, and uphold High Performing Prisons standards. Relocation to Port Augusta is expected.
