We are looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join our Melbourne team. You'll manage high-value accounts, collaborate with creatives, and drive campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Own strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and other social platforms.

Deliver performance outcomes against defined KPIs and budgets.

Partner with creative teams to develop compelling ad assets and testing frameworks.

Manage client communications, reporting, and performance reviews.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of campaign frameworks and best practices.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in paid social and an expert on the tools.
n
Demonstrated success in managing and scaling accounts with measurable ROI.Expertise in Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and other paid media platforms.

Highly analytical with solid attention to detail.

Professionalism, accountability, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative remote team.
