About your current employer:

About the role:
Advise landlords and tenants on property transaction and commercial leasing matters.
Assist the corporate team with the property aspects of commercial and M&A; transactions.
Working on matters involving property investment, development and finance.




Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of property and commercial agreements.
Managing matters independently while working closely with Partners and other lawyers.

The ideal candidate:
Have 3–5 years PQE, with solid experience across property transactions and commercial leasing.
Excellent drafting, communication and attention to detail.
Commercially minded, enthusiastic and comfortable managing matters independently.
Interested in developing long-term client relationships and building a profile within the industry.
