As a Maintenance Fitter, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and improving our fixed plant and equipment throughout the materials recovery facility (MRF).

Shift Details: 8‐hour Day Shift Monday to Friday, with prospect for overtime on Saturdays.

Pay: $48.77 per hour plus overtime.

What You'll Do
n
n
Preventative maintenance tasks and continuous improvement projects.
n
Mechanical maintenance, fault finding and breakdown response across site equipment.
n
Welding, fabrication and boilermaking repairs as needed.
n
Assisting with planning and prioritising daily maintenance activities.
n
Supporting protected work practices and ensuring compliance with site procedures.
n
Contributing to plant upgrades and reliability improvements.
n

What You Will Bring
n
n
Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter (Certificate III or equivalent).
n
Dogman ticket (highly desirable).
n
Forklift License (highly desirable).
n
Experience in industrial manufacturing environments.
n
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
n
n
Employment criteria include a criminal history check and pre‐employment medical (including drug & alcohol testing).
