Job Description
Design, build, and execute performance test strategies andtest plans.
Develop and maintain performance test scripts usingGatling and JMeter.
Analyse application, infrastructure, anddatabaseperformancebottlenecks.
Monitor system behaviour using APM tools such as Dynatraceand AppDynamics.
Investigate performance issues and providetuningrecommendations.
Create automated performance testing solutions andintegrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
Develop utility scripts and automation using Python andShell Scripting.
Produce performance test reports withclearrecommendationsand risk assessments.
Collaborate with Developers, Architects, BusinessAnalysts, and Test Teams to ensure performance requirements are understood andvalidated.
Support performance testing activities across multipleprojects and environments.




Mandatory Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in Performance Testing /Performance Engineering.
Hands-on expertise with Gatling and/or JMeter.
Strong experience with APM and monitoring tools:
Dynatrace
AppDynamics
Robust scripting skills in:
Python
Experience analysing performance metrics including:
Response times
Throughput
Experience identifying andtroubleshootingperformancebottlenecks across application, middleware, database, andinfrastructure layers.
Strong stakeholder communication and reportingskills.
Experience working in Agiledeliveryenvironments.
