Role Summary
We are seeking an experiencedNetwork SMEwith strong expertise inRouting, Switching, Wireless, Security, SD-WAN, and Cloud Networking.
The role involves designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise network environments while serving as the highest technical escalation point for complex issues.
Key Responsibilities
Design and support enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center networks.
Configure and troubleshootBGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN, GRE, and SD-WANtechnologies.
Manage switching technologies includingVLANs, STP, VXLAN-EVPN, and Cisco Nexus platforms.
Support and optimize enterpriseWi-Fi/WLANenvironments.
Integrate and manage networking solutions acrossAWS and Azurecloud platforms.
Provide Level-3 support, lead major incident (P1) calls, and perform detailedRoot Cause Analysis (RCA).




SupportPalo Altofirewalls and network security solutions.
Participate in solution design, technical assessments, and architecture reviews.
Mentor engineers and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
